Fabrics with UV protection deserve special attention so that they are still effective against harmful sun rays.
Among the main ones we remember:
– Manual washing, without using washing machines.
– Dry in the shade, to avoid discoloration in ventilated and cool places.
First, try to remove any salt, sand and very small pebbles that may get inside.
For a quick wash you can use a bar of Marseille soap.
Rinse and pat dry with light pressure without wringing too much.
Next, lay the swimsuit inside out, hanging or on a horizontal surface according to the instructions on the label, and let it dry naturally, but away from direct sunlight.
At the very least, to speed up drying, lay the swimsuit out on a cloth or towel.
